The clerk reported that she had received notification from BDBC Enforcement that they were already aware of the potential planning breach at Denning Wood, had visited the site and advised the owner.  They were also expecting an application to be made imminently.

 

 

The clerk reported that she had not yet heard back from BDBC Enforcement about the potential planning breach at Wyke Down.  Cllr Grunsell said that he believed that planning permission had been granted to the previous owner.
