Held on Tuesday 23 January 2018 at 6.30pm in the Village Centre

a.     17/04258/HSE       Wendover, SMB, SP11 6AY — Erection of part two storey and part single storey extension to front and replacement of existing conservatory to rear with a single storey kitchen.

 

Decision:  No objection

 

b.     17/04263/HSE       Ferndale, Crab Tree Lane, Stoke, SP11 0LX — Erection of single storey side extension.  Erection of garage following demolition of existing.

The clerk reported that she had discussed the potential planning breach in SMB, discussed at the Full Council on 9 January, with the planning officer.  There is a current granted planning application for the erection of a garage, but the current build does not accord with that application.  A retrospective planning application is in the process of being submitted.

 

The clerk reported that, following discussions with BDBC Planning Department, she has submitted an Planning Enforcement Form relating to the replanting of the hedge alongside Finkley Road at the Bells Meadow development.
