Report from the SMB Planning Committee Meeting

 

Held on Thursday 30 March 2017 at 7pm in the Village Centre.

 

 

 

Those present: Chairman David Peart and Cllrs Bridget Culley, Hugo Wurzer, Ray Randall, Tony Styles, Tony Grunsell and the clerk, Derek Kane.

a). 17/00750/FUL — 1 and 2 Coronation Cottages and land adjacent to 4 Upper Wyke Cottages, Upper Wyke Lane, SMB — Demolition of and 2 Coronation Cottages, and erection of 1 no. 5 bed and 1 no. 3 bed dwelling.

 

 

 

Clerk to check with BDBC if there are any agricultural ties.

b). 17/00751/LBC — Whitefloods, Stoke Road, SMB, SP11 6EF — Installation of 7 no. double glazed replacement ground floor windows.

BDAPTC meeting scheduled for 4/4/17 has been cancelled due to no volunteer chairman to take the place of Martin Slatford. Noted.

 

 

 

Next meeting – parish conference 21/6/17.  Next scheduled meeting 13/9/17. Noted.
